What is your return & exchange policy for Quilts Sold?
There are No Returns and No Exchanges for quilts sold.
How long does to take to receive my order?
You will receive your order within one to two weeks from the order date.
What kind of machine do you use for Longarm Quilting?
We use the Bernina Q-24 with the Q-matic computer. The Bernina Q24 is a high quality machine that produces beautiful stitches.
Do you sell batting for the quilts?
Yes. We usually have Warm & Natural a 100% Cotton Batting and Hobbs Cotton/Wool blend Batting.
Do you provide a quilt binding service?

What is your turnaround time for the Edge to Edge service?
Currently turn around time is one to two weeks for just the Edge to Edge stitching. Time will vary depending on the amount of services you want. For an example, if you want the Binding service along with the Edge to Edge the turnaround time would be three weeks.
Do you sell machine time?
No. Not at this time.
How do I choose a pattern?
We meet in my studio. I’m passionate about helping you; together we will select the best pattern and thread color for your project. Or, we can set-up a meeting place to discuss patterns and thread colors.
